Winter Challenge Summary

Lesson learned this challenge was *No Excuses*. Looking over my last blog and my list of 5 things I wanted to do, I accomplished all of them. Added bonus was the 15 pounds I wanted to lose this 10 weeks and I lost 18!
At times I found making the extra time for working out was exhausting. Working full time and then exercising is almost like having another part-time job. It never got easier but it is more enjoyable now. For all you working moms that manage to balance all this and kids, pat yourselves on the back!!
