Still on track... guess you call this a Streak!

Back in 2008 when I first started on Spark (under a different name) I loved doing Spark Streaks - keeping on food program and exercise program for as many days as possible. It feels great to be on another streak this week - tracking food daily, being within my surgeon's caloric guidelines, wearing my bodybugg and seeing the deficits add up. I weigh in tomorrow a.m. so we will see the results.
