Happy First Friday of Spring!

I braved the scale this morning and was not shocked or surprised.

150.2 was the number.

My lowest on HCG was 147.2.

About a week ago I was 149.

Now that I "think" I am in ketosis I need to watch the calorie count. Past three days have looked like this between 1800-2400 calories a day. Between 1200-1500 is really where I need to be. I do think that it is doable.

Coffee black? This would lose a good 100-200c calories a day, but I am sooooo loving coffee with whipping cream and sugar free vanilla - it feels like such a nice treat!

Okay, so Day 4 of induction here we come!!!!

    Induction is hard in the beginning. So many changes to undertake. But the second week of it my appetite went way down so I didn't feel the least bit deprived. Keep going......You can do it. emoticon

    Cool! I am glad you commented on my blog! I look forward to following your journey on here. The past five days I have eaten anywhere from 900-some calories (day one, it was weird eating so much fatty things it freaked me out a bit at first, my calories have gone up daily, lol!) to 1,600ish+. Yesterday I had crustless pizza, which made my calories jump way high. I am usually eating around 1,400-1,600 calories. I didn't lose weight from the pizza last night, though, which leads me to believe my calories should stay where they have been prior to yesterday. I have been sorta tired. You get any of that? Oh!
