Well week 1 I lost 1.5 pounds!
It's a start. I wish there was magic pill, but I know that is not the case. Weight loss comes from hard work. So I am continuing to work hard!
I am trying to do a Julian Michael work out one day and a Walk Away the Pound the next and so on.
So my trip got changed from Italy to Poland. I was a little disappointed about Italy at first. Who wouldn't love to go there?! But Poland is cool too. I have never been to Poland so I am pretty excited about it as well.
I have decided to make some small goals in an effort to help me reach my big goals. So here they are for next week:
1. Continue to lose between 1.5-2.5 pounds per week.
2. 10 pound first significant goal by end of April.
3. Keep up the workouts - 5 days a week.
4. Try some new healthy food items!
