I said I would post today admitting whether I kept to my goals or not. I did well until about Thursday and then it was down hill from there. I did get the 150 fitness minutes in but this weekend I did horrible on my eating. I can tell I did bad this weekend on sodium also because I'm retaining water. I've already got my water in for today, so anymore will just be an added benefit. As of today, I'm back on track and trying to get my act back in gear. My goals for this week will be the same as last week. I'm trying to make myself accountable by doing these post so hopefully I'll do better this week.
Exercise 5x for 30 minutes(150 minutes)
Keep calories between 1200 and 1500
Don't eat after 8:30 at night
Watch sodium intake
Try not to be so stressed
