So far so good...

Monday, April 16, 2012

I went a little over on calories the past couple of days but I'm not sweating it since I'm WAY under what I have been eating the past couple of months. I took my son and dog on a walk yesterday afternoon and this evening I plan to hit the rec center. Last night I made a healthy baked chicken parmesan for dinner and I had leftovers cut up in a salad for lunch today. Hopefully a few more days will shrink my stomach down enough so I don't feel half-starved at night and have to go over calories.

Sounds like a plan! Glad you're getting your son involved in fitness at an early age! That Parmesan Chicken sounds good ~ may have to put that on next week's menu plan! Keep on keepin' on!

It takes a while but once your body is used to your new way of eating you will find you are no longer hungry.

Maybe try to make sure you are eating more fiber in your dinner as it keeps you fuller longer. Or save some of your calories for that snack at night if you can't make it through without - personally that is what I do.

Sounds like you're getting back on track well. I've also been way over on calories for a few months and am just getting back on the right track.
