Week 1 Review

Well, I think I blew Week 1 out of the water! I did every exercise I planned every day, except Saturday the walk was kind of less exercise-y than I'd hoped (just walking with the boy, not power-walking or anything) and on Sunday it turned out my Zumba class was cancelled, so I put in a 4-mile walk instead. I lost FOUR POUNDS!!!!

So here's to keeping the ball rolling. Here's my workout schedule for this week:

Monday: Turbo Jam
Tuesday: FIRM with weights
Wednesday: Running workshop at work
Thursday: Turbo Jam
Friday: FIRM with weights plus colorguard workshop in the afternoon
Saturday: Walk with my mom
Sunday: Walk

This coming weekend is going to involve some traveling with my mom up north. She's conscious about her eating and health, too, so we shouldn't have trouble keeping each other in check.
