Whew! Mars Update

Must've just been the storms. Mars made NO attempts yesterday or last night to get on my bed.

I did however, find out he can open JARS. Whine. He got a jar of hot salsa off the kitchen counter - without breaking it - took it into the livingroom, where he managed to get it open & devour the entire thing. I couldn't believe my eyes - I just stood & stared when I found the empty jar. emoticon

Ok - if I leave the room I make sure all trash, bread, & anything else that even RESEMBLES food, is far FAR out of reach!! I won't even leave a CAN out anymore.... he would probably chew that open too.

    Too funny! Two nights ago my dog went into my pantry and grabbed his bag of doggie rawhides, brought them back the the bedroom and ate every one of them in the middle of the night while I slept. I woke up to find the empty bag by my bedside! emoticon

    Ewww, & I thought my dogs were always hungry!! I don't think I've ever had a dog open a jar, but there's always a first. Good luck when that comes on through!! Oh my!!!

    sounds like my daughters dog, he gets anything within reach off the counter. he also manges to get out side of his yard, and he somehow got out the door right under my daughters nose! we still have not figured that out as to how he did it. Dogs are like Houdini! My little chi mix sneaks out by jumping over the veranda! Its why I have a fenced in yard! lol Good luck keeping the salsa out of Mars mouth. I will bet he will be on his throne with burning hemmroids! .... hope hes pottie trained!
