No not the popular movie I still haven't seen yet... But my own personal hunger game. Today I have been in pain all day pretty much and it has felt like an everlasting hunger pain! The only time it would fade any at all was when I ate. And I HAVE been eating daily within my daily calorie goals & most of the other goals. What I can tell you is that now that I have been watching what I eat & making healthier choices, I always feel hungry! In fact last night I went to bed with my tummy growling after having eaten well within my calorie range & actually going over my carb range slightly. I was low on my fat & protein intake, but very close to where I should have been. This is something else I have noticed since tracking my food daily - i usually have to choose at least one category that I am okay with going over or under on because I can't seem to ever be within range in all categories!
So that is why I am calling my diet strategy my own personal hunger game! It's a strategic game where I have to figure out what to eat & when in order to quench my hunger AND stay within my ranges. Time will only tell who the winner of this "game" shall be-hunger & my weight staying where it is or ME & making my goal weight w/healthier eating habits!
Talk about a strategy game! And people say Sudoko is a brain teaser!!!
