SkinnyME...My daily journey to better health

Yes! I am motivated and feel like a little kid again. I've been a "Sparker" for about a month give or take, and I keep getting busy and not even logging in for a days in a row. I'm not going to get very far by ignoring the main place I get motivation and inspiration. I also think that the accountability is key. If I start this blog and add to it every day, I will be making my successes and my not so successes public, my goals will be public and it will give me more motivation to reach them! One thing I did was to make a chart on my computer that I could print out, somewhat of a calendar form, with a list of about 5-6 items that I want to make sure I do every day or week, such as drinking my water, having only one soda as I try to quit for good. That is going to help me to having something in front of me that I can refer to and make sure I get things done. One of which is logging in to SparkPeople! So anyone at all can give me/us hints and motivating tips and encouragement. I am just TIRED of my pants not fitting just quite right and feeling uncomfortable most of the time. I have to and I will reach my goals, and help as many people along the way that I can!
