When I was starting on SP four years ago, I was afraid to take my measurements...who wants those numbers staring you in the face? But as I lost weight, I found myself wishing I'd been brave enough to have done it. I faced my fear, pulled out the measuring tape, and did it!

I'm not going to lie to you...the numbers are frightening. But we all have to start where we are today and now I have a record of my starting point. I know I'll like watching those numbers decrease as the weeks go by...and then, when I finally write my success story, I'll be able to show exactly where I started!

So yeah, I didn't like seeing those numbers, but I know it was the right thing to do. emoticon

I equate that to trying on a bathing suit and looking into a triple mirror. I do it but I don't have to like it. LOL!

You have to know where you are... to know where you're going!

Good for you for facing your fears - you'll be very glad you did later!

You mean you're not sharing the numbers with us?

    But, hey! It's quite okay.

As the weight comes off and you get busy the numbers will look better.
