Maintenance Update Reaction - Successful

With the start of November, I noted weight gain not just maintenance. I put my original and simple action plans back into place: drink water, eat out less, be active. I returned to walking/running at the Y before picking my daughter up from their after school care center. I have managed to get 4-5 workouts a week in this way. I need the rest days and the flexibility to schedule meetings and appointments. I am cooking for more than half our meals and I have regular breakfast/lunch./snack items for packing again (healthy leftovers, greek yogurt, peanut butter cheese crackers, granola bars, apples, etc.)
I am back to my original maintenance weight, things are fitting better again, and I believe I may be leaving my plateau towards my goal weight again. The fresh start was quite motivating!
