This will be VERY short. Just a few sentences.

I did not run, nor do ANY working out today besides my normal weekday 90 min walk.

I feel I should rest due to having a 1/2 this Saturday. So being sick I need to just be as well as I possibly can come then. Reserve the little I have left.

I feel extremely guilty though...I will be missing FIVE days of 30 day shred so when I start doing it again on Monday I will be on day 9 yet start all over with being sore and it being REALLY hard.

Hopefully I'll be up to it on Monday!

Anyways..I am so over today.

Not just with not feeling well...just the day overall has been very trying. Like crap on crap.

I ate only what I tracked yesterday so it was a success.

Only tomorrow will tell how today turned out!

I do have to admit though that not working out and not feeling well makes me want horrible COMFORT CRAP. Both separately are hard to deal with but combined is just even harder.

Until tomorrow... Have a HEALTHY day (or I should say night)
