Chair exercises

Due to the intense pain I have when do regular exercise, I have decided to try the "chair exercises" figuring something was better than nothing. emoticon I was surprised by the level in intensity and am sure that different muscles in my legs will know it, but hopefully the hip will be ok. emoticon

    Hello Penny! I've done chair exercises before and it was a great workout. I like doing the ones that Spark have and they are really intense to be in chairs. I pray your hip heals if it's not already!

    I remembered long ago when I first started, I had twisted my ankle I was doing Leslie Sansone's walking videos in the house and I was so bummed that I thought I had to quit. NOT! I did chair exercises.
    My boys were teasing me and said "Momma's done the 1 mile walk!" "She's done the 2 mile walk!" "Now she's doing the 3 mile chair walk!" emoticon emoticon Blessings on your journey! emoticon

    If it's a good intensity, I may have to try it; just for something new.

    I belong to Silver Sneakers and a lot of our exercises are on a chair, and it is surprising how much we work with them.
