I'd tell my 16 year old self to not take my metabolism for granted and to not procrastinate when it comes to getting into and staying fit. It's just so much more difficult to lose the weight when you are older. But it is definitely possible! Without a doubt. You just have to CONSISTENTLY follow a nutrition and exercise program.
