New Habit Day 7 - Wrapping it up!

For our last official blog entry, we can write about anything else we'd like to share with our team.
Whew! This has been quite a challenge but I feel that I learned a lot by writing my own blogs and reading the blogs of so many other team members. I'm not anywhere I'd like to be with the new habit I was trying to develop this week, which was to go to bed earlier and get more sleep. Progress was slow but I did shave some minutes off though and I hope to increase that in the weeks ahead.
I'd like to thank everyone for being so open about your own journeys and all the experiences and tips you've been willing to share. Even if we may have different goals and obstacles to reach them, we can still relate and always take away something that will help us too.
Good luck with the upcoming weeks in the 5% Challenge and with your weigh in on Saturday. Whether the scale shows that we're up, down or have stayed the same, we're here so that means we're not giving up and we're that much closer to our goals than we were the day before. That is success right there and means so much more than a few numbers on the scale.
