Interim goals between BLC21 & 22

The big discovery for me this round was something so simple I'm almost afraid to say it. I discovered that if I truly track my calories and stay within my range for a streak of days at a time that I lose weight. I know it sounds so simple and I don't know why it's taken me so long to realize this but I finally do. I'm hoping to be in the mid 150's by the end of the BLC. I plan to give myself a week where I just maintain. Then for the next 7 weeks after that I want to challenge myself to do streaks of days where I stay in the calorie range. I'm thinking to do 10 day streaks followed by a free Saturday might be the ticket for me. Exercise wise I'm going to keep to my current plan until I'm done with work at the end of April then I can really kick it into gear and do 6 days a week at least 45 minutes a day with two days of toning.
