I haven't had a chance to write here lately...
It's been a bit busy, and we're coming up on another busy few weeks...
But just wanted to get on here, touch base...
I've been getting 7-9 cups of water consumed for the last 3-4 days! For those who know me, you know I don't like water. I've been working on it for the past month, some days none, some days up to 4... but I'm doing pretty good now!
Amazingly, I have not been hungry! Even for sweets! I'm just full and content! I've been able to stay under my calorie limit daily!
I have exercised a few times - but it's very hot and humid here and I don't handle the heat well. We just turned on our small window air conditioner this morning, and that has really helped today - if we stay in the living room. lol
I'm hoping in the morning, I'll be able to do some... more than anything right now, I'm desperate to gain strength. We fly out on business 2 weeks from tomorrow... and I've found that I don't have strength to climb steps, walk far, stand long, etc.
I notice that my ability to function (and pain level) are proportionate to the amount of sleep I get.... and I've been short on sleep for about a week. So - I need to get on the chair exercise team and site and work on exercises that build strength again.
I'm really disappointed that I had the strength, and now have lost it... shame on me!
Well, my friends, must get a few things done before bed tonight, so I'll say goodnight!
