1. I lost 3 pounds this week!
2.I am sleeping better than last week!
3. I am faithfully tracking my food daily I love the Sp app and the scan bar code but sadly it isn't always correct from others so I am fussing about that and add it so I know exactly where I am.
4. I drank my water daily no enough water Thursday( appointment and travel time) 6 out of 7 is good!
5. I try something new this week! I did a Sp video
6. I love that I reconnected and renew my Spark! I love Sparkpeople. I think this 5% challenge is the best thing I could ever do for me to get back on Track!
7. I was able to wear a pair of jean capris( I did not think they would fit) I must be tighten up some.
8. I like that what I am eating does not make me feel BLAH!!
9. I like that I have 2 1/2 more weeks before I go back to work So more time for fitness.
10. Today is a new day ! I am going to make the most of it!
