Defeating the Battle 8-12-13

I put in my normal food (3 meals & 3 snacks) just as I always do & saw that I was WAY under @ 871 calories. Though my brains was SCREAMING "stay there that's good enough!" I knew what I needed/should do.
So I ended up having to eat 300g of grapes & 200g of watermelon for one of my snacks (originally was only going to be 250g grapes) as well as 4 EXTRA brussels for dinner, & a full bag of popcorn.
All this put me @ 1254 cals. I had to walk to my sons school yesterday to time how long it took so I knew when we would have to leave, wake up, get ready, & etc come school time.
My body detoxing from all the junk caused me to have a pounding head all day, which I predicted & knew would happen.
I could have chose to stay home instead of walking (which could have been done another day) but I knew that it would not HELP me at all.
I am also getting the other side effects of detoxing..Fatigue, exhaustion, & blah blah blah. All I want to do is SLEEP. So all that on top of the pounding head make for..UGH!
I sure am holding on real tight!
TODAY (8-13) I woke with a pounding headache..so what do I do? I jump on treadmill for a 5k!
Running has been INCREDIBLY difficult for me nowadays. I can no longer run long, or far. I can only run outdoors once a week.
So the 5k was difficult as it is especially when I HATE & I mean HATE the TREADMILL. Included several walk breaks too.
Nonetheless I chose to do a run instead of letting anything get the best of me.
Today I am at 998 calories as of now. So I need to do some figuring out so I can meet my minimum.
Lets go roller coaster..I'm ready for TODAY.
