Hhhheeeellllllooooo world! :)
Feeling good today....so far.
Now onto yesterday....
I did 30 mins of Turbo Jam (Fat Blaster) & let me tell you...PURE SWEAT came POURING off my face. WOW!! It was TOUGH...did I say tough? I meant TOUGH! Lol
I felt GREAT though after I did it. Knowing how it kicked my booty yet I did it. I did it before I did anything else so I can get it "out of the way". Do it before my body realizes what I'm doing!
My HRM (Polar FT4) crapped out on me. It keeps showing 00 heart rate and then goes blank. Says check transmitter. So frustrating!! I changed battery, gave it a cleaning, I did research, and what I found from the research was..ITS COMMON & happens with polars. Well.... NOT happy about that at all. I spent about $100 on it and after 2 yrs they are garbage?! More of the chest strap then the watch. Ridiculous!!
If I would have known that I would have never got it.
The reason I was trying to wear it was because when I input fitness into SP I think its CRAZY high!!!! I HIGHLY doubt I burn almost 400 cals for 45 mins of Just Dance 4. Or almost 300 for 30 mins.
I have come to accept not being able to wear a HRM now though. I have told myself...it does NOT matter what SP or any other thing says you buirn, it is not going to stop me from working out the next time. So whether I burn 400 or 20 calories WHO CARES. I'm going to workout because I want to workout. I am not working out because I want to meet a certain number burned then STOP. So it is what it is.
Once again had a good day. No cravings, and no more withdrawal!!! Whoohoo!! Also met my minimum again.
I finished the night with 45 mins of Just dance 4 on xbox again.
