I was to tired to blog yesterday so doing it now hence why there are 2 posted. :)

My polar watch battery low indicator now came on all of a sudden. (Could not find battery for it local so I never got to replace it when I replaced the strap battery.) I ordered 5 online (came in pack of 5). So that should be here hopefully soon.

I did Turbo Jam again today.

Had to eat LOTS of fruit to meet my minimum amount of calories. I have LOTS of triggers so not much I can do differently to get the calories w/o having to eat ALOT of fruits/veggies.

I do not mind but its hard having to shove food down my throat PERIOD let alone when I am not hungry to begin with.

I'm doing it though!! YAY!

Today I was REALLY tired. I never get to rest. On days like this thoughts of "food will make me feel better" & images of bad foods pop into my head easily..or TRY to at least.

I ended up shutting them out thought! :)

Just told myself, I can sleep @ night.....

Ended the night again with 45 mins of Just dance 4.
