My plan..

I joined a group here on Sparks called 2013 Fall 5% Challenge Community. I'll be added to one of the teams soon.
The following is my plan as of today. This may change once I get into a team.
I am going to cut back on my intake of candy!!! Candy is my downfall...or it was!
I'm also going to do some weight bearing exercises.
I hope to also walk with a video of Leslie Sansone once a week!

I have not done well with staying away from candy although I think I've done better than I was.
I've not done any weight bearing exercises since I wrote this. The only extra weight I carry around is my five pound poodle! She dislocated her shoulder a little over a month ago, so her left front leg is in a sling. She is able to walk on three legs, but my DH and I feel sorry for her so she is in his arms or mine more than she's on the floor. She's gonna be seeing the vet Monday so we'll see what he says about her then.
I do like walking with Leslie, but I haven't been doing that either.
Actually, we're having some trouble with a couple of our kids and my heart just isn't into walking with Leslie or doing weight bearing exercises. But the good news is, I am realizing Christmas is about Jesus. As a friend of mine said, if you want to know more about God, look into the manger!
