I think the above says it all! But it was a rough week for me. Came really close to walking out of my job...felt crappy with sinuses issues...and STILL didn't get a couple things done this weekend that I wanted to! My poor kitchen table is buried with sales flyers, coupons, coupon binder, receipts, papers, and who know what else! I wanted to get to that today BUT I opted instead to drive to the beach and take a walk. And I got the laundry all put up and dishes done...so can't complain I guess but really wanted that table cleared off!
To leave with - these are some things that I came to realize this week and am posting on my inspiration board!
i think you did the right thing a walk on the beach is the best thing to blow the cobwebs away and to have some thinking time(how i miss the beach)the table can still be done a bit at a time.give yourself a time limit say 15 minutes and promise to concentrate really hard on just cleaning the kitchen table and get as much as you can done in that time.that way the job wont seem so daunting and can tackle it for 15 minutes.do this every day or twice a day (the 15 minutes) till the job is done.who knows it might work like exercise you say you will do just 15 minutes but once you have got going you might not want to stop.hope this helps.re the job,sorry you are having a hard time.what´s the problem?take care and keep smiling 2700 days ago
