Getting my Sleep Back on Track

: I woke up an hour earlier (I won't even tell you what time, because it is still embarrassingly late!) I avoided all naps! I'm going to go to bed after I type this blog, which is still kinda late (Hey, it isn't my fault the good TV shows (THE VOICE) is on late at night). I'm a huge fan of Christina Aguilera...how can I miss that? Anyway, the sleep thing, I'm working on it!
Today I busted out some of the normal chores and did grocery shopping.

I can't say I was productive as I wanted to be, as I had planned on walking the dog and trimming her legs (She's a fluffy breed and currently looks like she has "Grover Feet", a la Sesame Street). It was rainy outside all day

, so those last two items will have to hold until a nicer day.
I did a 20 minute walk on the treadmill (1.5 incline at 3.4 mph). Can I say I burned more calories by kind of doing dance moves

while walking on the treadmill? What can I say? The music gets me going sometimes! I'm sure I look like a complete fool, but at least I'm having FUN with it. As long as I don't trip up on a treadmill dance move and wind up head over heels on the floor, I'll be good. Afterwards I did a measly, but still worthwhile 13 minutes on the elliptical at a higher level (I was pouring sweat). Then I finished off with a 10 minute walk on the treadmill (1.5 incline at 3 mph) for a cool down. I didn't have to worry about getting my 6,000 steps in today (I'm at 9,129 right now).
Ah, I also have to share the delightfully healthy dinner we had. Roasted garlic chicken, mashed potatoes, and fresh broccoli. Mmmm. Thank goodness for leftovers!
Tomorrow's main objectives are: Nannying, Returning Purchases to the Stores, and Going to the Bank
