Fitness Goals for 2014

New year, new goals! I have several goals for the year (25 to be exact) but most of them are not fitness oriented so I'll spare y'all from those. lol
These are my fitness goals:
Complete a 5K -- walk or run (preferably a combo).
Lose 30 pounds.
Achieve 20,000 fitness minutes.
That's all. Just three goals. But I suspect they'll be all the challenge I need.
