No more Saturday run

I did get off my butt and went 10 miles. It was uneventful. I ran to the Wilson bridge and back. There were a lot of runners out with the Potomac runners group so many people on the path. It makes the time go faster. My only problem was the rest of the day. I felt guilty relaxing while my husband worked around the house. I tried to do things here and there but my motivation was lost on my run. The kids had play dates so I sat and read most of the day then went out to dinner.
Dinner was another problem. I know I ran 10 miles so should not feel guilty for eating but I think of how skinny I would be if did not eat as much. We went to this restaurant that specializes in organic healthy food. I hate carrot hummus with fresh potato crisps and a chickpea crust pizza with pesto, spinach and goat cheese. I also had a sour apple martini. Then we got GF cupcakes next door. I only ate half of one but was so stuffed when I went to bed. I admit to eating a whole one for breakfast this morning. So all that hard work gone.
Next week going back to Sunday long runs so I don't feel guilty. Actually I have to do it Friday since we are going out of town next weekend.
