Cheesecake Factory

Thursday, February 27, 2014

I met my husband for lunch by his office. I wanted to keep it simple so went to Cheescake factory. I was good and ate off their low cal menu, had lettuce Asian taco and only ate two plus had water. So proud. Then got Cheescake to bring home to kids. We got Carmel Apple and a banana one. I had to take a bite of both of them. I couldn't stop eating the apple. Aargh. I have been so good up till now. I went to gym for weigh in this morning before lunch and was down 3 pounds but then this happens. Lucky I have a long run tomorrow. Now kids have to share banana one.

I usually order off the Skinnylicious menu there too. Love many of the items on there. I had cheesecake tonight for dessert. Can't remember the last time I had a piece of it. That will be it for awhile again, now.

Sometimes, you just have to eat that stuff that makes your eyes roll back in your head. Just wipe up after yourself when you're finished. emoticon

Several bites of 1 piece of Cheesecake isn't going to do you in. Shrug it off & have an awesome rest of the week.

Don't get discouraged--hey at least you didn't get one of the calorie-laden entrees at Cheescake Factory!
It's important not to completely deprive yourself. It's ok that you had a lapse with the cheesecake- just don't let the one issue create a domino effect. You can't change what's been done but you can decide to have your next step be a healthy one :)

Hang in there, you're doing great!
