Trip and weight loss

Going out of town is hard on weightloss but I think I did well. I came back the same weight. It was hard. When everyone went to the cheesesteak restaurant I was happy taking a couple bites of my husbands sandwhich. I also have yogurt and granola at the all you can eat breakfast. I did buy a dozen fresh cookies and brought home but I froze half of them. I stopped at a smoothie place to get a kale pineapple one for a snack. It also helped that we did lots of walking.
We got home in time for the snow storm which put a damper on my running. I am a little nervous about my half marathon in two weeks. I know I ran 10 miles but that was two weeks ago. I plan on going 10 miles again on Friday a week before the race. Not the best of plans but really no other option. Running 10 miles on a treadmill would put me in a mental institution. Food has been good even my trainer was happy with my loss. Lent started and I gave up alcohol so that will be an extra 500 calorie weekly deficit.
