I am scheduled to begin a couple of challenges with some Spark friends in April so I thought I'd go ahead and write down my goals for the month.
~ 10K steps daily
~ At least 45 mins exercise daily
~ Track all food daily (either on SP or in a notebook)
~ Get 8 - 10 cups of water daily
~ Strength train 30 mins x 3 days a week
~ Lose 5 - 6 pounds
I'll be honest. These goals will not be easy for me. I haven't hit 10,000 steps consistently in a long time and it'll be hard to keep up that goal.
But I will try my hardest!
And that's what these challenges are all about -- to get you out of your comfort zone and make you try things that will make you better, stronger and set you on the path to realize your end goals.
