BLC24: Habits - Goal Setting challenge

Habit - Choose 3 goals (can be physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, relational or financial) and post on Wednesday. The rest of the week - each day read your goals and try to decide on baby steps to start towards the goals. Read them daily - get your habit points!
Goal 1: End mindless snacking in the evenings.
Drink a glass of water first.
Reach for vegetables or fruit instead.
If I do snack on undesirable food, TRACK IT!
Goal 2: Spend more time reading with the kids
Get Kerensa to read to me.
Read to Gwenna.
Start an evening story (Swallows and Amazons).
Goal 3: No alcohol for (at least) a week.
Take Sparkling flavored water to friend’s jewelry party.
Say NO! (thank you)
Drive, let Mark drink.
