BLC25 Goals & Fitness Test

Saturday, May 03, 2014

My BLC25 goal is to change my meals to less (none) processed foods, reduce white food like rice, pasta & potatoes....basically eat healthier while watching calories, protein and carbs. This is a lifestyle change so my goal is work towards making that change.

Increase my fitness by adding back in weekly fitness plans so I'm back to fitness being a routine part of my day. One goal is to run 3 miles three times a week...part of a normal routine.

Recent injuries slowed me down and set me back some but now is the time to get back to work and get fit. My ultimate plan is to weigh around 150 - 155, be able to do 2 minute planks, run entire 5K races and finish a half marathon in under three hours.

Fitness Test....what an eye opener...shoulders are very weak so I could do one push-up plus knee cap is bruised so no modified push-ups for me.
