My recovery plan really is about when I over-indulge on a weekend, which happens frequently.
I will do additional exercise, mostly walking.
I will track every other day so that I am in control of what I'm eating.
I will save alcohol for the weekends only. It is not a 4 day weekend!
I won't let one bad day turn into two, three or four.
I will move on from mistakes, learning from them and working out how my body reacts to mistakes to try to limit the damage.
