The challenge of the challenge

The last day of the eight week challenge.

For me, the most challenging part of the 5% spring challenge was tracking my nutrition. I did fine with it the week it was the LTGL. But my streak fell apart when that was over. I've been on a plateau with the weight and lack of tracking certainly has to be part of the cause.

Now I'm on Day 2 of a new streak and plan to get it going again.

I'm a little sad that the challenge is ending, but it won't be long before the summer challenge starts!

    You will get it back together. Tracking to me is the single most important thing I do, it is second nature to me now and I stay within my range almost with out thinking. My downfall is exercise. It is so hot now I need to wait until late afternoon, pretty soon the time goes by ant it is too late. Terrible excuse I know.
