So this Sunday was a family gathering at the lake. I had a great time visiting with family I haven't seen in a while. The meal was delicious! I had a small portion of fried fish and filled the rest of my plate with LOTS of fruits and veggies . I wasn't even hungry or craving any of the desserts . I drank mostly water and allowed myself one small glass of pink lemonade. I'm just so pleased with myself!
