Eating the same thing everyday

After months of menus and recipes.
I find I am more successful eating the same thing everyday. I have found 2 meals that my body responds to as fat burners!
I had thought maybe I was consuming too much dairy, but since keeping my diet to the same 2 meals for a week now, my carb creep is falling off. Soon I will lose more weight. And for the first time in moths I know I will get below 210.
