The 2 LC meals that my body loves~

In my last blog post I posted about the 2 meals my body responds to with weight loss.
Here they are :o)
I eat a double pattie hamburger,(home made or from burger brothers) no bun( not low fat) with fried onions, bacon, mustard for lunch.
And dinner a McD bacon ranch salad- no dressing- no chicken (unless I'm more hungry then I'll have the grilled chicken on top)
Throughout the day I'II add about 1/2 cup HWC total, to my coffee that I drink hot and iced, throughout the day.
I also add 1 T low carb cocoa to one coffee once a day.(2 g carbs) My LC Mocha. No sweetener.
If still hungry I have a small bowl of home made soup- meat (chicken, turkey)- broth- veggie (like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower) before bed.
I don't crave sweets if I stick to this.
I do get tempted from cooking for my group home gals, but I know if I eat carby item the cravings will start so that motivates me not to! :o) My group home gals are developmentally delayed and nutrition is the last thing they care about- they want their carbs now!! LOL!!
This works for me. After months of experimenting! I just do better without the "freedom".
