It's been some time......

since I was last here! No excuses really, just got myself in a bit of a flunk.
I'm ready to celebrate the festive season, well almost ready, and then get back on track. I'm really looking forward to making a new start and drawing up some goals for 2015.
Thank you to all my friends who continue to support me, you are all great and I really appreciate your kindness. I am pretty sure without this community I could easily slide down a slippery slope into a dark place I don't want to go back to.
