I don't want to jump into too much at the same time so I'm just preparing for what comes after food control-exercise. So far I've found a great walking schedule here on sparkpeople. This place really has a lot of great resources.
As far as my food intake goes for the day, I have one more snack left and I will be at my calorie requirement for the day. GO ME!! LOL
