Lol my upper body is still sore from Mondays upper body workout...and now my lower body is hurting from yesterdays workouts...did a lower body workout in the afternoon then I did PIYO Buns in the evening


Today I did Cathe's Ripped With Hiit/Low IMpact HiiT...another very fun and awesome workout! I must say I really do like Cath's Rippied With HiiT Series!! So far so good!!The workouts are mostly short the music is pumping and the exercises get you but good! So yeah over all awesome workouts!!

My sleep was great last night! And my energy levels are sky high!! I even got half my house cleaned...which feels so all I have to do is clean the other half tomorrow and then get in a upper body workout!

Yesterday was a low carb day and I made it through that day! And today is a high carb day...feuling it up again to melt more butter tomorrow!!

yep no more excuses for me!! (I HOPE!!)lol
