Making Progress!!

Yep lost a whole inch around my waist!! I know this lol because I had to make my belt tighter by a whole inch!! Tried on my fav pair of jeans...the ones that got to tight this past year and the jeans fit and the belt was to loose by a whole inch!! AWESOME carb cycling and exercise really do work!! And the funny thing is when i first started carb cycling I was screwing up on my high carb days but sticking strictly to my low carb days and yet I still lost body fat!! so yeah even though I thought I was messing up I was still doing way better then what I was doing to myself before I started to carb cycle! And now that I am on track with both high car and low carbs days I shall get tighter even faster!!

last night I somehow twisted my ankle weird and really hurt the front part of the ankle it is such a weird twist that I can walk on my ankle but I can't like bend my ankle in a certain way...and today was disc 2 of mesocycle (legs) but because of the angle of the lunges I had to forgo that workout but I did work my lower body but good...I did piloxing sculpt 1 which is all laying exercises and then I used my ellpitical,spin bike and gazelle for 25 minutes...and my legs felt like rubber!! workout!!
