I'm finally at a healthy weight for my height!
I'm not done yet, though. The rest will be vanity pounds once I start a weight lifting program and measure body fat. I'd like to get it below 25% but no lower than 20%. I changed my ticker to reflect my expected range in terms of pounds, but I don't know exactly where I'll end up once I gain more muscle.
Here's to the next step of my journey!
