Recovery week...then back to work!

Not too sore after yesterday's half marathon. This week I will follow the recover week plan from my Jeff Galloway training plan -- 30 minute runs on Tuesday and Thursday, and a 5-6 mile run on Saturday. I have a blood donation appointment on Saturday at noon, so I'm planning to get my run in before the donation.
After this week, I need to start training for my next race -- the 5K Ronald McDonald "Run for the House" race on April 18. This is the 4th anniversary of my first race EVER, so I really look forward to this race. My PR for 5K was on this course last year -- 27:53 -- so my goal is obvious: set a new PR! I'll be looking at the appropriate training plan from Jeff's book to get ready.
