Yay for progress!

So a month ago I changed my SparkPeople settings to count excercise calories in with my daily intake, which I had no idea existed since I've been a member since way before that option. Finally, I have pinpointed my calorie target and I'm losing weight. The biggest thing I found is that with my slow metabolism, I cannot eat the maximun number of calories recommended for me, so I stay as close the bottom as I can. Right now I'm down six pounds in two months. I'm really exicited that I'm finally making progress. Hopefully now I won't be as upset if I have a set back.
