Gym Time!

I joined a gym last week. And I've been going....steadily...

I can usually do about half an hour on the treadmill and about 8 mins on the elliptical...but that's a struggle. I got home Sunday morning and literally just wanted to lay on the floor. So I did...I'm waiting to see how long it is before I get home and don't want to just lay there. On the plus side, I went last night and afterwards, even though I didn't want to move, I kept myself going once I got home....just little things puttering around the apartment. Took the dog out for a walk, and got some stuff done that I'd been putting off.

This week at work is pretty stressful, (we're missing a team member, and the two of us left are both relatively new), so we're almost winging it as we go. So I think I'll be spending a bit of time at the gym walking it off at night.

    Keep it up and you'll find that point of not just dead when you get home. I find if I walk the dog when I get home it's enough of a cool down to keep me going.
