Changes...

Sunday, June 07, 2015

Well. I finally decided to update my SparkPage a bit in several places and actually share some info about myself and my current conditions. It's never been easy for me to talk to people and share personal things such as this--but I promised myself this past week that if I could exercise for one whole week without giving up from frustration or pain that sharing this info with other Spark People would be my reward...and exercise I did (go me!), sooo...I wrote stuff, heh.

Read and comment on what I've written on my page, if you'd like. Good or bad, I take all comments and appreciate them. :)

Good for you! I have learned that sharing here is so much easier than sharing with people I know. The reason for that? Everyone here understands our struggles. They have been where we are today . And are willing to help. People I see everyday? Just look at me and say oh really well try this or that. And they don't understand the root cause of why I am over weight or whatever the case may be.

I know you got this my dear. We can do this together! With all of the help here and all of the friends we have made here we so got this! Big hugs!

Sorry to hear about your struggles and pain! I wish you all the best with the exercising but be safe too! I love your wallpaper with the wolf face.

Love that quote... but what if you fly? Good attitude. Congratulations on keeping up with the exercising, it can only help if you can tolerate it. Hugs to you. --Pam

Sometimes we don't realize that "talking about" can actually help us feel better even though it's really, really hard to do. I'm going to go check out your updates. Hope it has helped you!
