One week done

So at this stage I'm a Sparkpeople veteran, and yet I've never reached my goal. However, in the past year I've reached a level of body acceptance and appreciation, and even love, for myself that I never thought I would.
I want to lose ten pounds still, and weigh 130. That is my goal. But it's not my only goal. I want to develop a healthier attitude to food, and once and for all I want to get fit.
So I'm taking things one day at a time. This week I had two goals, to exercise three times and to track all the food I ate.
I have spent the past week tracking my food. I didn't exercise, but I have started cycling up and down to the train station for work. I succeeded in eating healthier because I was tracking what I was eating! I don't know what I weigh right now because I have no bathroom scales, but I feel good. I look good, as well.
So now my goals for next week:
- Track my calories every day
- Exercise three times this week
Every day I'm going to write in my journal my health goals for the day and cross them off as I go, keep myself accountable. I'm feeling positive.
