Self-Compassion (Days 20 - 24)

I am going to slow down and focus on being aware of how I'm feeling.
Right now I feel lost. I think I know what path I should take, but I keep questioning myself.
I get overwhelmed and distracted very easily. What I need to do is break everything down into small, manageable steps.
Today, for example...
1. Get ready to go to therapy.
2. Go for a walk after therapy.
3. Get some cleaning done before Valen gets home from school.
4. Help Valen with homework.
And then tomorrow I can work on planning the rest of the week. I'm too tired today to accomplish more than those 4 tasks.
Well, number 5 would be:
Go to bed early ;)
