What a difference a day makes – 24 little hours

Hi Spark Family!
Wow! What a year this has been! The great thing is there is continuous improvement in my health. I am better than I was yesterday, and preparing for a stronger tomorrow. I have not been perfect; I allow room for failure as opposed to perfection. With that I am more successful at getting back on track quicker when I fall off. When I look back, coming from 309 pounds, I am so proud of myself. Even though I am coming upon my halfway mark, I am persevering forward.
Here are the things I have incorporated into my lifestyle that have been guaranteed success for me:
1. Cutting Fast Food, Fried Food, Alcohol, Sodas, & Juice.
2. Drinking 110 oz. - 1 Gallon of water per day.
3. Keeping a food journal.
4. Not eating after 6 p.m.
5. Exercise 1-3 hours per day.
6. 1500-1700 Calories
7. A few cheat meals/desserts a month.
