Binx & Champ; Sugar.

For some time we have been learning just how bad sugar is. It has become undeniable, we might as well be doing crack. I propose we have sugar rehab for those of us who can't stay away from it.

I am fostering two cuties; Binx & Champ:





They are so incredibly sweet and giving me a little extra exercise as well.

    Good luck on the no sugar! I tried cold turkey before and a reduction of sorts. Seems like once I eat it, depending on what it is, I just want more! UGH! It isn't easy, but can be done! We are always working at it, my hubby and I. Doing pretty good I might add. But, the weekends are the hardest for us! emoticon

    Sugar and salt light up the same areas of the brain as any substance. So, for usre, it's addictive! The most difficult part is the fact that we NEED to eat food. But we have to really KNOW WHAT WE"RE EATING!

    Sugar, and empty white carbs are all addictive. The only true way to not want them is to never have them in the first place. Need to never have them present in the places I reside or visit. Good luck on that!

    I don't add sugar to anything except my coffee in the morning. I'm a salty girl! But when you look at labels, it's disgusting that sugar is in stuff it shouldn't be!

    Congratulations!! Since I can't see the pics, what are your foster sweeties? Dogs? Cats? Hey, those sweeties are healthier than any sugared sweet!! Here in the South we say "Gimme some sugar" when we want a kiss.... Sassy's sugar is much healthier for me!!
